Markmydigi Relay respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal information and associated account data.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your Relay account or any personal data associated with your account, please send a request to:

• Workspace Name (if applicable)
• Registered Phone Number
• Reason for Request (Optional)

Upon successful verification of your request, Relay may delete:

• Communication Logs
• Connected Integration Data
• Workspace Information (subject to ownership verification)

Verification Process

To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, Relay may require verification of account ownership before processing any request.

Verified deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 30 business days, depending on the nature and volume of the data involved.
